Adult Training Program – Fall 2024/25

Our adult tennis classes are offered in both the Fall and the Spring and are an excellent choice for the adult tennis player looking to improve his/her game. Our classes are structured to train beginner to intermediate level tennis players. All training classes will include fast-paced and creative drills/games geared towards cultivating racket skills, balance, and coordination while also improving cardiovascular health.

 

The objectives for this program include:

• create a fun and stimulating training environment
• refine motor skill development (balance and coordination)
• enhance cardiovascular health and fitness
• improve match play performance

We will do our best to offer make-up class opportunities for any classes that are rained out during the 2024-25 fall program. All make-up classes must be taken during the 2024-25 fall program.  Please email info@dexteritytennis.com to arrange any make-up classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your session outside of 21 days prior to the start date, you are able to receive a refund of your program tuition fee, less $25 and the Stripe fees. No refunds/credits/transfers if the cancellation is received within 21 days of your session’s start date.
